Coaching motto: "Enjoy this moment and give it everything you've got!What do you hope for your athletes? The thrill of competition, feeling like an important part of a team, gaining confidence in pushing their bodies to go above and beyond what they thought was possible."
Why do you coach the International Games? "It is a blessing to see some of these athletes shine, especially those who find this entirely new skill set not known before. I truly love the team camaraderie amongst Team Jamaica and to see the transformative growth, both individually and collectively over a few short weeks, which culminates on the big day of the games."
What do you love about coaching? "How sports bring us together and teach us life lessons of discipline, hard work thrill of victory and disappointment and learning in defeat."
Fun Facts: "I competed in the International Games at Valencia when I was in 6th Grade on Team Italy. I can beat Mr. Kyle in a race...but he is 70 so I'll cut him some slack."
